30-Day Return Window
You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return your purchase if you decide it needs to be corrected. Our team is available to assist you throughout the process. You can return any product purchased from Sofa Studio, even if you simply change your mind.
Our Return Policy
Transparency is key to our process. Here is everything you need to know about returning items to us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for both forward and backward delivery costs for returns. Even if you received free front-door delivery, these costs apply specifically in the case of a return.
Condition
Please ensure your purchase is in like-new condition. Our team will inspect every item once it arrives back at our warehouse to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Original Packaging
All returns must be sent in their original Sofa Studio packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, an additional repackaging cost per item will be charged.
Cost Calculation
Forward and return shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on several factors to ensure fair pricing:
- Distance (Kilometers) from our Factory
- Number of pieces being returned
- Total weight of all pieces
Refund Timeline
Refund processing typically takes up to 10 business days from the date the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. You will receive a notification once the status of your refund is updated.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled via the My Account page.
- Not Shipped: Full refund provided.
- Already Shipped: Return shipping fees will apply.
Refused Deliveries
If you decline an order during delivery (not due to damage), it is treated as a return.
We will refund the item price excluding a $49 return shipping cost (within standard area). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
